Web site preview is up and running

Okay I have put together a preliminary version of the site by preliminary I mean pretty much the way its going to stay unless there is some glaring problem that needs to be fixed. I have created and administrator account for all these services so invites and account management will come from the address icrssl.services@gmail.com. Remember to ensure that the account is not blocked by your junk mail or spam filter.
